Dr. Dina Zalaznik
received her PhD in clinical psychology. Dina’s research interest includes understanding common component processes in psychotherapy. Her main research interests are in attachment styles, anxiety disorders and psychotherapy process and outcome. Within these areas she focus on changes in attachment style in panic disorder, and on the role of emotion regulation, anxiety sensitivity, and the therapeutic alliance with related to attachment in psychotherapy process and outcome. She also interested in examining the changes of those variables during internet CBT for panic disorders. Dina’s approach to research is transnational, integrating theories and methods from the fields of psychotherapy research, with field findings and experimental psychopathology. In her work, she employ clinical measures, self-report measures and behavioral tasks. Her vision is to strengthen the cross-fertilization between the research field and the therapeutic field.
